I. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use
of the online store available at https://fenbendaz.com (hereinafter referred to as
the “Store”), including the terms for concluding sales agreements, order
processing, payment, delivery, complaints, and the right to withdraw from the
contract.

5. These Terms and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
II. Definitions
1. Customer – A natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an
organizational unit without legal personality to which special provisions grant
legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store.
2. Consumer – A Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes that are
wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, as defined by
the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Product / Reagent – A chemical reagent offered in the Store, intended
exclusively for laboratory and research purposes, which is not a medicine,
medicinal product, dietary supplement, or food.
4. Sales Agreement – A contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the
Seller and the Customer via the Store.
5. Order – A Customer’s declaration of intent, aimed directly at concluding a Sales
Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Product.
6. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) – A document containing information on the properties
of a chemical substance, hazards, precautionary measures, and handling
procedures, prepared in accordance with relevant UK regulations.
III. Use of the Online Store
1. Using the Store requires a device with internet access and an active email
address. An up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled is
recommended.
2. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with applicable
law, these Terms, and good practice, respecting the personal rights and
intellectual property of third parties.
3. The Customer is obliged to provide data that is true and accurate. Providing
unlawful content is prohibited.
4. The Store is intended exclusively for adults. By placing an Order, the Customer
confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
IV. Product Nature and Customer’s Declaration
1. All Products offered in the Store are chemical reagents intended exclusively
for laboratory and research purposes (i.e., for research use only). The
Products are not medicines, medicinal products, dietary supplements, or food
within the meaning of applicable laws.
2. The Products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not
for diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic purposes. The Seller does not
provide any medical or veterinary advice.
3. By placing an Order, the Customer declares that they:
Are at least 18 years of age;
Possess the necessary knowledge or qualifications for the safe handling of
chemical reagents, are aware of their properties, potential hazards, and the
required precautions for their use, storage, and disposal;
Are purchasing the Product solely for lawful purposes, in particular for
research or laboratory use;
Are not purchasing the Product for consumption, as a medicine, dietary
supplement, or for any other purpose inconsistent with its intended use;
Have read and agree to comply with the Product’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
4. The Seller makes the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the Product available on the
Store’s website or upon the Customer’s request.
V. Disclaimer of Liability
1. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, including harm to health or
life, resulting from the improper, unintended, or unlawful use of the
purchased Products.
2. The full responsibility for assessing the suitability of the Product for its intended
application, and for its safe use, storage, and disposal, rests with the Customer.
3. The information provided on the Store’s website is for informational purposes
only and does not constitute medical, veterinary, or pharmaceutical advice.
VI. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
1. To place an Order, the Customer selects a Product, adds it to the basket, and then
follows the on-screen instructions, providing the necessary data for the Order to
be fulfilled.
2. Placing an Order is conditional upon accepting these Terms.
3. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order via an
email to the Customer.
4. All Product prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT
where applicable. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce new
Products, and run or cancel promotional campaigns.

VII. Delivery
1. Products are delivered within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be
available subject to separate arrangements.
2. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are specified on
the “Delivery and Payment” page of the Store.
3. The Order processing time is calculated from the moment of obtaining positive
payment authorization.
VIII. Payment
1. The Store accepts various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards
and other electronic payment systems as specified on the “Delivery and
Payment” page.
2. If electronic payment is selected, the Customer is obliged to make the payment
immediately after placing the Order. Failure to pay within 3 working days may
result in the cancellation of the Order.
IX. Right to Cancel (for Consumers)
1. A Consumer has the right to cancel a Sales Agreement concluded at a distance
without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer
(or a third party indicated by the Consumer) acquires physical possession of the
Product, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation
and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. To exercise the right to cancel, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their
decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to contact@fenbendaz.com).
3. If a Consumer cancels the contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments
received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery (except for the
supplementary costs arising if the Consumer chose a type of delivery other than
the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller). The
reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days
after the day the Seller receives back from the Consumer any goods supplied.
4. The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Product.
5. The returned Product must be in an unaltered state, in its original, sealed
packaging, with no signs of use. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value
of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish
the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
6. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that
are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and
were unsealed after delivery.
X. Complaints and Quality Guarantee
1. The Seller is under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with the
contract.
2. If a Product is found to be faulty or not as described, the Customer has the right
to make a complaint. Complaints should be sent by email to
contact@fenbendaz.com, providing the Customer’s details, order number, and a
description of the fault.
3. The Seller will process the complaint without undue delay, informing the
Customer of the outcome.
4. Quality Guarantee: If a supplied reagent does not meet the purity parameters
specified in its documentation (e.g., Certificate of Analysis), the Seller will
provide a full refund upon confirmation of the discrepancy.
XI. Data Protection
1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the Seller, QUANTIS LAB
LIMITED.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling Sales Agreements and
handling complaints, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection
Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data, as well
as other rights outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in
the “Privacy & Cookies Policy” available on the Store’s website.
XII. Final Provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Any changes will
not affect Orders placed before the changes come into effect.
2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
3. These Terms are effective from the date of their publication on the Store’s
website.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 5 March 2026.
