Returns Policy
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at contact@fenbendaz.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
Returning Your Order
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Returned items must be:
- In their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- In an unaltered and unused condition.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions – When the Right to Cancel Does Not Apply
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. As our products are chemical reagents, once the original seal is broken, the item cannot be accepted for return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@fenbendaz.com. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. In such cases, return postage costs will be covered by us.
